At Tro-peaks Adventure we have dedicated office staff, safari and climbing teams and the best quality equipment, which we maintain to the highest standard. We are here to make your trip just as you had always dreamt it would be. we will work with you on an individual basis to modify the itineraries listed here to suit your needs. The basic procedure is as follows:
Once we receive your price quote request, we will discuss your individual needs and perhaps make some suggestions for your itinerary. Once we have the details in place we will send you a price quote. You can choose which of the options you like best or perhaps discuss with us how to further modify your trip. Once we agree on the itinerary and the price we confirm availabilty of accommodations and then will send you a confirmation along with your payment options. Note: We will never request that you send money through Western Union or similar wire services that do not go straight into our bank account. We will always request money sent to a bank in Tanzania with Tro-Peaks as the account name or ask for payment on arrival. For security reasons, if you receive such a request, do not send funds.

If a date postponement or cancellation is required, 100% of your deposit will go towards the new date or be refunded (less bank wire transfer fees). The exception being in cases of last minute postponements where there is insufficient notice for lodges to refund your deposit.
